much harder than in store

We wake up stiff in the same place and position we fell asleep in. The bed is not as comfortable as it feels in the store. We are not sure we will be keeping it.

The bed was fine for the first week or so, then it got a hump in the middle. It felt like I was sleeping on two twin beds pulled together. We called Bernie & Phyl's where we purchased the Mattress & foundation from. We tried return the items a gentlemen from Bed Check LLC was sent out to check for stains, after he examined the mattress he pointed out we had the wrong foundation. We called Bernie & Phyl's to make a long story short they said it wasn't their problem call Tempur-Pedic !!!!

We had the original Tempur-pedic for almost 20 years, but I wanted something softer for shoulder pain (side sleeper). We went to a soft, less expensive department store brand (how different can they be?), but within a couple of years, my wife and I woke in pain every day. We went back to Tempur-pedic and found the LuxeAdapt model. We chose firm (wife's preference) but the luxe top was still soft enough for me. We noticed the difference immediately: we both sleep in comfort and wake without pain!

We originally tried a Tempur Adapt medium firmness, and both of us (back/should/neck issues) had difficulty sleeping. The LuxeAdapt soft firmness allows shoulder to sink slightly while still supporting the rest of the body. Sleeping on back is better too.

We have only had it for a little over a month. At first it felt very hard, but changing to super stretchy sheets helped with that. It still doesn't feel as soft as the one in the store but maybe it has to be broken in. I'm no longer having hip or back pain. My husband's shoulder pain has been reduced.

I have always been told to sleep on a firm mattress by doctors and chiropractors, but with my progressive Osteoarthritis it became painful to sleep at night. I decided to purchase a soft Tempur-Pedic, and I am loving it! I have restful sleeps, and the only joint pain I experience is from oversleeping when I don't want to leave my luxurious bed in the morning, LOL. My Tempur-Pedic is beautifully made and even though is soft, is very supportive and gentle on my shoulders and hips. I am very satisfied with my purchase and strongly recommend this bed.

A tree fell on my house over our bedroom and the fiberglass debris rendered my tempur pedic unusable. When it was time to pick out a new mattress there's wasn't a single thought about buying any other mattress. Tempur pedic is just that good

The absolute worst mattress I have ever owned

This mattress was more comfortable within 6 months of purchase. Since that time, it has almost formed indentions and dips in all the wrong places. I regret buying this. I filed a warranty claim, but they declined it saying the mattress indentions do not measure 3/4 of an inch or greater. It's a HORRIBLE mattress and was so expensive. I wake up stiff in some parts of my body. I had a previous tempurpedic that I loved, this one pales in comparison. One side is significantly higher than the other. If you roll across the bed, you can hardly roll up from one side to the other - definitely like a drop off.
